Three homepage directions

Three ways to tell the Legasea story.

Each direction is a complete, working homepage built from your identity study, your own project photos and our September 22 conversation. Open one, scroll it top to bottom, then use the switcher at the bottom of the screen to move between them.

A quick guide

How to look at these.

Explore and switch

Open a design and scroll slowly. The switcher pinned to the bottom of the screen jumps between all three. Keys 1, 2 and 3 work too.

Presentation view

The same page without the switcher, for a clean walkthrough with Matt and Mike.

Try it on a phone

Every design is fully responsive. Most of your clients will meet Legasea on a phone first.

Heritage coastal editorial

Tidewater

Warm paper, bay-ink navy and a serif voice. Every key photograph sits inside the Legasea roofline, and the story moves from the lot to the last nail like a magazine feature about the Northern Neck.

  • Gable-framed photography
  • A note from Matt
  • Engraved Chesapeake chart

Cinematic dusk

Lamplight

The moment every Legasea home is built for: dusk on the water when the lights come on. A dark, film-led homepage where windows glow as you scroll and the Northern Neck lights up at night.

  • Lights-on hero film
  • Lot to lights-on story
  • Northern Neck at night

Bright and people-first

Open House

A clear morning on the water and the front door open. Calm, bright and built around the people: step inside rooms Legasea built, meet the team by name, stop by the blue Victorian on Main Street, and text Matt from any page.

  • Step inside room tour
  • Text Matt from any page
  • Lot to keys timeline

Notes on the collection

What is real, and what is a placeholder.

The logo

Every design uses the mark you chose from the identity study: the roofline with the key (Identity 1b, page 1, mark 5), extracted as a clean vector from the designer's file. When the trademark is final, updating it everywhere is a one-line change.

The photography

Project, interior, job site and team photos are Legasea's own. Hero scenes are concept imagery made for these designs until the brand film is shot. The dusk photo in Lamplight is your glass-gable project relit at blue hour, still in progress.

The map

Every map is drawn from US Census geography, with the Potomac, Rappahannock, York and James in their true positions and Kilmarnock, Richmond and the towns you serve pinned where they actually are.
